Donor Privacy Policy
The University of Notre Dame uses individual donor information only for University purposes. The University does not share, sell, rent, market, or otherwise disclose individual donor information to any third party (such as contractors or vendors) for non-University purposes, unless required by a court order, subpoena, or other legal requirement. The University does not send fundraising solicitations to its donors on behalf of other organizations.
