This April marks the 13th annual Notre Dame Day—a celebration of all things Notre Dame! Get involved by visiting notredameday.nd.edu

What is Notre Dame Day?

Notre Dame Day is a monthlong fundraising event for the University we love. The Notre Dame family powers amazing things by raising money for more than 1,000 clubs, residence halls, and causes on campus and in our community to support their unique initiatives in the year ahead.

What makes Notre Dame Day contributions special?

On Notre Dame Day, gifts go further. Every dollar raised goes directly to its designated cause. Additionally, for each individual who makes a gift, that cause will receive a percentage of a $250,000 Challenge Fund and help them compete for prizes awarded throughout the month.

What happens April 21-22, and why is it two days?

The celebration culminates in a live broadcast on April 21 at 6:42 PM ET—1842 military time, which is the University’s founding year—and goes through the evening of April 22. A broadcast room and stage are set up in Duncan Student Center, where we share inspiring stories, performances, and interviews from students, professors, alumni, and friends of Notre Dame, all of which showcase the impact of our donors’ generosity.

The Notre Dame Day broadcast will stream on:

  • Tuesday, April 21, 2026, from 6:42 PM to midnight ET
  • Wednesday, April 22, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM ET and 6:42 PM to midnight ET

Every gift, no matter the size, amplifies your favorite cause, club, residence hall, or campus unit’s share of challenge funds and prizes. We hope you’ll take part this year and turn your pride into a powerful, tangible boost for the people and groups that make up the fabric of the University.
