Six University of Notre Dame football players heard their names called in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, during the 2026 NFL Draft.
The six Irish selections brings Notre Dame’s all-time NFL Draft pick total to 544, which is still the most in all of college football.
This is the third straight draft in the Freeman Era where six or more Irish players were drafted.
The Irish continue to be one of the most consistent producers of NFL talent. With the selection of Jeremiyah Love as the third overall pick by the Phoenix Cardinals, Notre Dame extended its streak to 90 NFL Drafts (of 91 total) with an Irish player selected. This remains tied for the most among any college football program.
Love’s selection, along with Jadarian Price’s nod to the Seattle Seahawks as the final pick of the first round, was historical as Notre Dame became the first school to have the first two running backs selected in a single modern-era NFL Draft.
The Love and Price duo selection marked just the third time a school has been represented as the first two picks at any position. In 1991, Tennessee had the first two offensive tackles, and in 1946, Notre Dame had the first two quarterbacks.
2026 NFL Draft Fighting Irish Selections:
- Jeremiyah Love | Round 1 | Pick 3 | Arizona Cardinals
- Jadarian Price | Round 1 | Pick 32 | Seattle Seahawks
- Malachi Fields | Round 3 | Pick 74 | New York Giants
- Eli Raridon | Round 3 | Pick 95 | New England Patriots
- Billy Schrauth | Round 5 | Pick 160 | Tampa Bay Buccaneers
- Gabriel Rubio | Round 6 | Pick 210 | Pittsburgh Steelers
