On December 2, Notre Dame students, alumni, parents, and friends will celebrate Giving Tuesday, a worldwide day of philanthropy held each year on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. Throughout the year, the Notre Dame family demonstrates its passion for the Notre Dame mission and its commitment to our students through life-changing generosity, ensuring our students have the support they need to chase excellence in study, in sport, and in service.

In 2024, alumni, parents, and friends made Giving Tuesday gifts that totaled almost $850,000—much of these funds provide financial assistance to the 70% of our students who are on financial aid.
