Each year Notre Dame seniors participate in a tradition where they rally behind a cause to support and raise funds to make campus life better. This year, the Class of 2021 generously chose to support the University Counseling Center so that the next generation of Notre Dame students have access to world-class counseling and crisis intervention.
Please join your fellow classmates in leaving a legacy of generosity to others by making your senior class gift to the University Counseling Center. We are setting a goal for the Class of 2021:100% participation. Whether you can give $5 or $50, collectively your gifts will make a big impact. Together, you can give back to the place that has provided you so much and will only continue to do so.
Why should I give?
As soon-to-be graduates, you already appreciate the invaluable gift that is a Notre Dame education, and it is now your opportunity to ensure future students can experience a similar, if not better, Notre Dame. Furthermore, you can make your degree more valuable! The percentage of seniors who give back to their alma mater affects the academic reputation of the school (i.e., national rankings) which, among other things, helps attract top faculty, resulting in high-quality classroom discussions, actionable research opportunities, and innovative teaching models that made your favorite class that much better.
The Class of 2021 is directing our class gift to the University Counseling Center. After hearing and experiencing the many concerns of our peers, we want to put our words into action and ensure the UCC continues to grow its resources to help students. The chances are high that you know someone who has reached out to the UCC for help, guidance, and advice. We hope our gift will make a positive change in providing these resources to all students.
Together, we can make an impact. Together, we can reach our goal of 100% class participation and honor our time at Notre Dame. Together, we can leave a legacy!
