Sorin Founder’s and Gold Members Celebrate Commitment to Notre Dame Mission at Exclusive Soirée
October 14, 2024
Kate Brown

During the Notre Dame–Stanford football weekend, the Sorin Society hosted our Founder’s Level and Gold-level members for the Sorin Soirée on Friday, October 11, at Seven on 9 in Notre Dame Stadium. This exclusive happy hour celebrated their significant investment in the mission of Notre Dame. Guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and drinks and took advantage of the beautiful outdoor patio overlooking the campus.
We were honored to welcome guest speaker Heather Reynolds, Michael L. Smith Managing Director of the Wilson Sheehan Lab for Economic Opportunities (LEO), who spoke about the Notre Dame Poverty Initiative and how Sorin Society funds support pilot programs like this one. Her insights on addressing poverty in our communities were thought-provoking, and she expressed gratitude for our donors’ commitment to the mission of Father Sorin, to serve a world deeply in need.

The Annual Giving Team is proud to host such dedicated members of the Notre Dame Family. Thank you to our Sorin Founder’s Level and Gold-level members for making this event memorable and for fueling the enduring spirit of Notre Dame.
