Remember your time at Notre Dame: the friendships formed, the lessons learned, the passions discovered. Senior Legacy is the chance for the Class of 2018 to come together and make our first gift to our alma mater. A Notre Dame education is the gift that keeps giving. Hopefully, a Notre Dame alum returns that favor.
Dear Class of 2018,
Welcome to Senior Legacy—your chance to show the University of Notre Dame how much you have appreciated the last four years of your life. Over this time, we have experienced the Polar Vortex, laughed and cried through football games, watched Smashburger replace Burger King, and consumed our fair share of quarter dogs. But more importantly, we have grown as people and earned a world class education in the meantime.
So now that we have appealed to your nostalgic side, we at Senior Legacy want you to start thinking about how we can come together to make this experience a possibility for others in the years to come. Without donations and the dedication of our alumni, the University of Notre Dame could not have provided us with such an incredible experience.
Now it is our turn! Senior Legacy is setting a goal for the Class of 2018: 100% participation. Make a gift by May 2018 and pledge to continue supporting the experience of future students at the University of Notre Dame.
Thanks so much!
Sarafina and Anthony
P.S. Those of us on the Senior Legacy Board want to make sure that you understand and are comfortable with where your gift is going and what it is going to be used for. We are here to answer any questions you may have, including how the football ticket lottery works. Feel free to reach out at any time!
As soon-to-be graduates, we appreciate the invaluable gift that is a Notre Dame education, and it is now our opportunity to ensure future students can experience a similar, if not better, Notre Dame. In expressing our gratitude to past benefactors and our optimism for the University's future, the Senior Legacy committee calls upon the Senior Class to make a gift towards the University by this May. Our goal is not defined by the size of the gift, but by 100% class participation. Together, we can make an impact. Together, we can honor our time at Notre Dame. Together, we can leave a legacy.
For our legacy, the Class of 2017 would also like to commemorate three special members of our class. To give towards a bench honoring Jake Scanlan, Daniel Kim, and Theresa Sagartz, direct your gift to the Class of 2017 bench honoring their lives and memories.
