The South Quad spans about seven football fields and connects an expanse of residence halls, classroom and office buildings, and the South Dining Hall. From the Rockne Memorial on the west end to O’Shaughnessy Hall on the east, this vast greensward is a treasure of Gothic architecture well-traversed by students, faculty, and staff each day.
